My classes in my major were taught by Dr. Pope. We also went to Paris and Chicago together to learn about the art. Her art classes were enjoyable and a day is never a time that I don't remember her sayingthat "Art history is a huge puzzle, and we as historians search for pieces to be able to connect." My dad worked in the automotive business and I was required to work in the dealership all summer. In one summer, I was employed as a mechanic's assistant changing brake pads and oil.
